The photographer and client agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The client agrees to pay a sitting fee in the amount of $ 200 to reserve the above-listed date and time for up to 5 people of the same immediate family (mom, dad, children) $25 per additional person.

2. TThe travle expenses of 30 miles out of downtown Colorado Springs are included in the session fee.

3. If the Photographer cannot perform photography services due to sickness, other casualty, act of God or other causes beyond the control of Julia Young Photography, then the Photographer shall reschedule the por-trait session as soon as possible. In the event that Julia YoungPhotography cannot perform the portrait ses-sion completely, Julia Young Photography will gladly credit any and all paid fees back to the client.

4. Under no circumstances shall Julia Young Photography be held liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the client\’s order.

5. In the event the Client cancels the photography session more than 7 days prior to the scheduled session, Julia Young Photography shall credit all monies toward the sitting fees for a newly arranged date.

6. The Client is responsible for additional fees and costs related to location choice such as parking or admis-sion fees.

7. Julia Young Photography reserves all creative rights for choosing which images will be presented to the client and removing any undesirable images from the collection.

I give permission to Julia Young Photogrpahy to use the images (or variations of the images) from this session for publication in advertising materials, websites, blogs, portfolios, displays, or any other promotional meth-ods for Julia Young Photography without compensation.
